We worked from the management side to prepare for a rally, watch and observe the different stages, and write the rally notes. We improved the pace-taking system to gain more insight into the timed stage and be faster with the SUBARU IMPREZA STI from RALLY GR.A. We also started working on setups to improve the rally car's performance and be faster. We also had a practice session with Guillem Serna's Subaru Impreza STI on the rally stage to fine-tune everything. After the Sierra Morena Rally, we have to prepare for the next rally. The Catalan Automobile Federation (FCA), in an effort to further promote our sport, has reached an agreement with Nil Solans, who was the 2017 Junior World Rally and WRC3 Champion, to offer a theoretical and practical day to improve rally driving skills. The day is aimed at young drivers who have excelled this season in promotional categories in the various Catalan championships. Nil Solans, who is still active as a driver and is currently undergoing training and advanced driving skills through the Nil Solans Rally School, will dedicate a full day to providing young drivers with the tools to progress more quickly in the rally specialty. This training day will take place during the second half of December, once all the championships have concluded. Five places will be available for drivers who have participated in the FCA Catalan Promotional Championship, Volant RACC, Challenge Rallycracks, and Challenge Saxo 8v. The day, which will be announced soon, will begin in the morning with a theoretical session at the headquarters of the Classic Motor Club del Bages, and in the afternoon, the practical part will take place on the three-kilometer section of the Galls Motor circuit. The selected drivers will have to bring their own cars and be equipped with all the safety equipment required for rallies, such as a helmet, gloves, etc. The FCA will cover 100% of the cost of the course. The FCA's goal is to support athletes who excel in their championships so they can improve their skills and, as a result, their competitiveness and progression in motorsports.
