Brazilian rapper MC Poze do Rodo has declared his innocence regarding the money laundering charges that led to his imprisonment, attributing his time behind bars to a Pix payment he received from fellow singer MC Ryan SP, another suspect in the case. Now free, Poze will still have to comply with precautionary measures, but is already planning the next steps in his musical career. He received support from fans as he left the Gericinó Complex, in the west zone of Rio, this Thursday (14). Before heading home, Poze stated that he believes in Ryan's innocence and said he trusts the Brazilian justice system. Marlon Brendon Coelho Couto da Silva, MC Poze do Rodo, and Ryan Santana dos Santos, MC Ryan SP, were arrested on April 15 during Operation Narcofluxo, by the Federal Police. The investigation is looking into a money laundering scheme involving illegal bets and clandestine raffles. They are prohibited from leaving the country and must surrender their passports.
