Topic 3: Curriculum and Diversity Series: MAPFRE Foundation: Attention to Diversity: Personalized Teaching Recording Date: April 3, 2018 In this topic, we will explore, from the perspective of inclusive education, the different educational needs we may encounter in our classrooms. Each of our students comes from a different background and experiences specific circumstances. Not all students learn in the same way, nor do they have the same needs. Therefore, it is essential to get to know our students, their development, their individual educational needs, and the barriers to participation and learning, as well as their strengths and support systems. As teachers, our commitment to them is crucial, and we must always keep in mind that some students have specific educational support needs.
