Earlier, upon his arrival at Parliament, Dharmendra Pradhan received a rousing welcome from the NDA; NDA MPs welcomed him by placing a cap on his head and draping a shawl around him. This is Pradhan's first visit to Parliament since resigning as Education Minister.
