Installing Air Conditioning Before The UK Heatwave! 🥵

The UK heatwave is here and more homeowners are considering air conditioning to keep their homes cool and comfortable. In this video, I'm preparing a property for a new domestic air conditioning installation by installing a dedicated 20A rotary isolator supplied via SWA cable from an existing consumer unit. What initially looked like a straightforward job quickly became more interesting. The installation involved lifting and relaying expensive porcelain tiles, carrying out testing, running SWA cable and dealing with a consumer unit that definitely raised a few eyebrows.
