Swirl Flap Delete Sprinter/ Mercedes 3.0 CRD Diesel W/O programming

Can you remove the swirl flaps? In a sprinter, Mercedes Om642 Crd common rail Nv3 …… yes on any we can bypass the flaps !! 3.0 This video I’m going to show you that I’ve deleted the swirl flaps on a Mercedes sprinter 3.0 V6 0M 642 common rail diesel and I can do it with any intake!!!! For years I’ve had a cleaning service where people send me their dirty filthy Intakes. Some people don’t because they think they can clean them their selves…. Only to find out their vans in limp mode a week later after they’ve cleaned the air intakes… Well I eliminated that with the type of process that I used to clean my intakes and with my clayway slick spray they don’t hardly ever carbon up!!! But this was a unique opportunity where I couldn’t actually get the rods to move. So it required I’ll figure out a different way to delete this flaps but yet allow the rods to move so they can actuate the sensors…..
