Most golfers feel like they have to "go" and hit the ball… and that's where everything falls apart. The backswing speeds up, the transition is rushed, and the downswing is chased. The result: poor contact, inconsistency, and frustration. Here's a simple concept that can change how you feel about your swing immediately: 👉 If you can't do it slowly, you can't do it quickly. And a very clear exercise to train it: Pause at the top of the swing, release the downswing, and let the swing flow. When you stop chasing the swing, your body starts to organize itself.
