I Had To Pretend I Had A Husband In Luxor (SO IRRITATED) - Egypt Vlog 6

Landing in Luxor was an absolute test of my patience! The second I stepped off my Air Cairo flight, the airport scammers swarm began. From drivers playing mind games and forcing me toward cars to ride-sharing apps constantly canceling to demand more money, it was incredibly frustrating. After a massive negotiation battle, I finally reached my hotel and decided to book my West Bank tour directly through them to avoid the street chaos. Next, we head straight to the Valley of the Kings—which many consider one of the most haunted places in Egypt. Walking inside the ancient tombs and visiting King Tutankhamun’s actual burial site to see his real mummy gave me a seriously weird, eerie feeling that I can't even describe. But the creepiest part of the day wasn't the mummies; it was the uncomfortable interactions with local men. In this Luxor Egypt travel vlog, I’m sharing the raw reality of solo female travel and the exact safety hacks I used—including why I had to lie to everyone and pretend I have a husband just to keep people away.
