I Mixed Pearlescent UV Resin With Sand… and It Got Weird

In today’s experiment, I mixed pearlescent UV resin with sand to create textured, kintsugi-inspired resin art… and things definitely got interesting. 😅 I wanted to test whether UV resin could handle different types of sand — from black and beige fine sand to a strange slimy sand that quickly turned chaotic. Using pearlescent UV resin, I created abstract kintsugi-style lines before packing in sand mixed with epoxy resin to see how the textures would cure, hold, and finish.
