Alignment in Tai Chi and Qigong
In this video I explain pelvic tilts, how to achieve a neutral spine, aligning the sacrum, Mingmen and Baihui acupoints, and how these topics relate to the 70% rule. I use some common tai chi and qigong postures to illustrate these points.
