While there is no special technique, it is often implemented for children with weak core muscles, poor posture, or poor endurance. Remedial physical education requires appropriate assessment, accurate task and goal setting, and appropriate program development. However, these steps are often ignored, with some therapeutic education simply being implemented with the premise that "because the child's core muscles are weak, we'll just have them do some kind of exercise." This type of therapy lacks evidence, so even if the child attends frequently, it is not particularly effective. If you're going to spend your precious time on therapeutic education, make sure your child receives the most effective exercise therapy.
