Kamakura Vlog | Hokokuji Temple, Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gu, Shichirigahama, Traditional Matcha, Soba

On the 4th day of my Japan trip, we decided to go to Kamakura, which is a city that is just an hour away from Tokyo, but it feels like stepping into a different era. ⛩️ We start the day with the Hokokuji Temple, which is called the "Bamboo Temple" as there's a bamboo garden inside it. The place also allows us to experience matcha that is served with traditional snacks. After that, we travelled to Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gu, which is the most important Shinto shrine in the city of Kamakura. After that, we head to the main street, where we enjoyed a lot of different snacks before going for lunch. We end the Kamakura trip with Shichirigahama as the last stop. We stopped and helped a stranger at Yuigahama Beach. Saya helped to call the ambulance, and we spent some time there, so we couldn't visit more place in Kamakura. But we feel good as we did the right thing. We went back to Shinjuku and experienced the Sushiro, which is so crowded that we had to wait for about an hour to get a seat. The next day, we will be travelling to see Mt. Fuji so we just called the day off. Hope to see you guys in the next video too!
