Acertijo de las monedas y la balanza. Lógica matemática.

101 coins, 51 counterfeit and 50 genuine. The counterfeit coins differ from the genuine ones by 1 gram. It's unknown whether the difference is 1 gram more or 1 gram less. All the counterfeit coins have the same mass, and all the genuine coins have the same mass. I have a balance scale that indicates the difference in grams between the two pans. If I pick a coin at random and can only use the scale once, how can I tell if my coin is genuine or counterfeit?
