► Playlist:    • [PC] Orcs Must Die! 3 [Rift Lord - Solo - ...   Re-recorded this thing because the last video was choppy and I was really sloppy in the final waves. This used to be one of the worst maps of the game, but now it's more manageable I think. 1.2.1.0 patch reduced trap prices and re-balanced some maps in Rift Lord difficulty. Slag Field has some slightly easier early waves and gives you more money too. The ground traps is focused mostly on Ice damage with Deep Freeze and Ice Rip Saws to deal with the Fire Fiends. Shock Zappers with Tar helps create clusters of enemies for the traps to hit them. Fire Arrow Walls are there to balance things out and make sure no Trolls or Mountain Trolls survive the trap course. After this patch they actually are FINALLY good against flyers, but I chose not to since I was carrying the Stone Staff. Keep in mind you must set a lot of them so they can kill the flying enemies without you having to thin them out, around 9~10 Archers give or take. Got Untouchable (No damage) here too, it's something, I guess.
