Khmer Noodles (Num Banh Chok) on a busy morning in Phnom Penh

Out of all the dishes in Cambodia, num banhchok is the most Cambodian. In fact, it's often just referred to as Khmer noodles. It's a fish curry broth with light rice noodles and a ton of garnishes including flower petals.
