Effects Bakery Plain Bread Compressor Guitar Pedal Demo | No Talking / Commentary

Yo! Thank you for watching! Here are some of my thoughts on this sweet baby of a pedal-- (mind blurb incoming) Lately I have been super obsessed with this little pedal I got from Effects Bakery. I've been using it on my pedalboard for gigs and shows with my band ‪@Stereosity‬ for about 4-5 months now, and it has never let me down. Don't be fooled by its adorable appearance and presence, this thing is an actual BEAST both on and off stage. I got it for $50 off of their website, and from the start I could tell I had made a good choice. I wanted to pump out this demo playing some of my newer riffs to show its versatility and cleanliness when it comes to tone and play style. For a person who has been playing a wider range of riffs styling from tapping to overdriven fast strumming to even fingerstyle, this little pedal has a setting to cover it all somehow- I'm a fan of a more overdriven, tighter/squashed sound, which is why I showed off that setting through each riff. This little demo is for anyone who is looking for a dry, raw sound example of what this thing is capable of. I ran a quarter inch straight from my guitar, through my pedal, and into my audio interface where I recorded via Logic Pro. There are no plugins on the tracks, so all you are getting is the raw, unedited audio. Using this on my board for the past few months, I can start by saying that this thing saves my bum in situations on and off-stage where I can't get the proper tone or volume level. It doubles as that desperate volume boost when my guitar can't be heard by audio issues, and fixes some nasty frequencies that would otherwise be blasted without that tone knob. Another thing I like about the tone knob: you can either color your tone, or not. Setting the tone knob somewhere in the low / middle will get you a tone that is scarily similar to when the pedal is off, and on the other end of things, can also double as a subtle high-end tone brightener / boost. Through and through. Love this thing. If you are on the brink about it, I say go for it because for $50 this guitar pedal is so worth the price (not to mention the company is super sweet and adorable all around). Thank you again for watching! Be sure to check out my band and I on socials... keep up... and whatnot. I love u. Thanks. Really truly thanks.
