Engine Teardown Begins | What's Really Wrong With My VW Fox?
The VW MK1 Fox engine investigation continues. After finding milky sludge under the oil cap and inspecting the spark plugs, it's finally time to begin stripping the engine down. In this episode I remove the fuel lines, pulleys, lower timing cover, timing belt, tensioner, tappet cover and intake manifold as I prepare the cylinder head for removal. Although the camshaft stays on for now, we're getting much closer to uncovering the real cause of the oil contamination. AIRTIME VOUCHER GIVEAWAY An airtime voucher is hidden somewhere in this video. It can appear at any point during the episode, so watch carefully because you never know when it might show up. Good luck and thanks for supporting the channel.
