I made by Christmas village and other dioramas some years ago. The snow has not yellowed one bit. It is still perfectly white. If a surface is flat, I generally add the snow without glue. If there is a slope, I put it over pva or butapren I do not seal or spray over the top. It collapses the snow. I suggest strongly that you test what you are trying to do on a throwaway piece before you go final. I have only added snow on styrofoam, card, static grass and foam flock.
