FBR: As per law who is required to become a filer or non filer | fbr pakistan | budget 2024 After the passing of Budget 2024 from national assmebly fbr has included the provisions of income tax ordinance under seciton 114 and 114b for the registration as a filer or non filer. Section 114 of income tax ordinance deals with the category of people who are required to become a filer and all those people who are not filer are considered as non filers.
