I Used a $30 Temu Dashcam for 4 Months (Honest Review)

I put a $30 KAWA MINI 3 dashcam from Temu on my Miata and used it every day for 4 months. This is the honest long-term review. The good, the bad, and the weird quirks nobody warns you about. Daytime it does the job. Lane markings, signs, cars ahead all clear. Plates only read when the car is in front of you and you're going slow. Night is the weak spot, plates blow out to a white blur, but that flare happens on much pricier cameras too. And the one moment that paid for the whole thing: a real save in dense traffic. Watch the install video first (how I hardwired it into the mirror feed for a clean factory look):    • I Found a $30 Stealth Dashcam (Miata Install)   The short version: buy it if you want a cheap daytime witness and you drive mostly in light. Skip it if you need readable night footage or last-resort low-light evidence. For me, after 4 months and one real save, it stays on the windshield. Worth $30. Wouldn't pay $60. Got a sub-$50 dashcam I haven't tested? Drop the model in the comments, I'll probably pick one up next. #dashcam #dashcamreview #temu #kawamini3 #cardashcam #miata #mx5 #temufinds #budgetdashcam #carcamera
