Walt Disney World | Magic Kingdom | New Fantasyland | Opening Celebration | 2012 | Jordan Sparks

On December 6, 2012, Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom opened New Fantasyland. The Opening Ceremony was hosted by Jennifer Goodwin and featured a performance by Jordan Sparks. The performance is a musical journey through the attractions you will find in the newly opened land, including A Snow White Medley, Casey Jr, Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast. While some of the attractions had already opened including The Barnstormer, Starring the Great Goofini, the Casey Jr. Splash & Soak Station, and Dumbo the Flying Elephant, which all opened in the Spring of 2012. New Fantasyland wouldn’t be completed until the opening of Princess Fairytale Hall in 2013 and the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in 2014.
