Starting with rapid site and massing studies in Giraffe, we demonstrate how models can be synced directly into Qonic where they are developed into BIM-aware elements, enriched with materials, finishes and building components, and used to generate accurate quantities. This session shows how teams can move from concept → BIM → validated deliverables without rebuilding geometry, maintaining design speed while gaining structured project data.
