Eid Series Episode 10 | Juicy Meatloaf Recipe 🤤 Ingredients:1 Pound Keema1 Small Onion Chopped1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander1 Tsp Garam Masala1 Tsp Chilli Flakes1 Tsp Cumin Powder1/4 Tsp Black Pepper1/4 Tsp White Pepper1/2 Tbsp Salt1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste1 Tbsp Crushed Cumin & Coriander3–4 Cheese Slices (Optional) For The Glaze:2 Tbsp Ketchup1 Tbsp Oil1/2 Tbsp Soya Sauce1/2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce1/4 Tsp Salt1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Method:Chop everything lightly in the chopper — don’t overmix. Marinate for 2–3 hours. Spread the mixture on butter paper or plastic wrap, add cheese slices, then roll into a log. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours. Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. Once the meatloaf is almost done, take it out, brush the glaze on top, and bake again for 8–10 minutes.
