This Adapted Chair Yoga practice was created for people with disabilities, wheelchair users, the elderly, people with reduced mobility, and also for those who spend many hours sitting throughout the day. You will only need a firm and comfortable chair. In this class, the focus is not on performance or making perfect movements. The invitation is different: Breathe. Feel your body. Respect your limits. And cultivate presence. Each movement can be performed only to the extent that your body allows, without excessive effort, without comparison, and without demands. Yoga teaches us that the practice begins exactly where we are. Throughout these 25 minutes you will find: ✔️ Breathing exercises to calm the mind ✔️ Adapted stretches to relieve tension ✔️ Gentle movements to improve mobility ✔️ Body awareness and presence ✔️ A moment of self-care and connection This is a practice for all bodies.
