Niet weten waar je uitkomt

The question I get most often on the road? Where are you going? My answer is usually the same: I have no plan. Watch the entire journey here:    • Rijd mee naar het noorden   Today, the route continues towards the south of Norway. Via the Hardangervidda, past snowfields, fjords, fruit orchards, and a few of my favorite roads in this area. Along the way, the CFMOTO 450MT keeps driving on imperturbably, while the landscape changes completely once again. What sticks with me most about this day is not the kilometers or the destination. The first days of a trip often still revolve around making plans, covering distances, and arriving somewhere on time. But somewhere along the way, that changes. Today, it actually doesn't matter that much where the day ends. Perhaps that is the greatest luxury of traveling alone. No one dictates how the day should unfold. No schedule to stick to. No fixed destination. Just ride, stop where it's beautiful, and see where you eventually end up. Tomorrow Blaåsjø probably awaits. But today I learned above all that not knowing where you'll end up is sometimes exactly what makes a journey so beautiful. Gear from this trip: Carpuride: https://carpuride.com/nl/collections/...
