Minecraft, But I Only Have 5 Days to Survive With 1 Tree!

Can I survive a Superflat Minecraft World with just one tree? I gave myself 5 days to see if I can create something in Minecraft! No biomes, no caves, no resources nearby, it's all just one tree and my chance of survival. As the days went on I started to realize that I wasn't alone with just the tree something else was there!
