Bob Gallarza Tribute

It's with great sadness, to announce the passing of a musical legend Bob Gallarza. Bob was more than a great guitarist, and music producer extraordinaire, he was our friend and collaborator with us at Vegas Tejano. I started working with Bob in 1995 to bring to life some of the most amazing performances and concerts. He was a perfectionist and demanded of anyone around him nothing but their very best. He will be best remembered for his musical arrangements in recordings, artist collaborations, and the big horn sound which was his favorite. Some called him the "Quincy Jones" of Tejano but Bob was mainstream first -- having performed as part of the iconic Fifth Dimension in the 70's. I will always cherish our conversations on music and on how we were going to top what we had created previously in Vegas. We just talked 4 days ago -- still talking music and Vegas. In tribute -- here's a taste of Bob's work at the Vegas Tejano Music Convention -first in 2017 with Stefani Montiel, David Marez and Joe Posada (tribute to Alfonso Ramos) and second in 2007, with the late Jimmy Edward 2018!
