I love to share homemaking, daily routines and recipes! Please subscribe it you like this kind of content! Tuscan Chicken Pasta W/ Ricotta Recipe 1.Bring a pot of water to a boil and add your pasta. Cook, strain and set aside. (you can do this step while cooking the steps below). 2.In a large pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of Olive Oil, bring to a medium heat and add garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant (don't over cook the sun dried tomatoes!). Pull these off the heat and add to a bowl and save. 3.In the same large pan, add a little more olive oil (if needed) and add your chicken and smoked paprika. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked. (I like to add the smoked paprika to the raw chicken so they can infuse flavors while cooking, it gives this dish the best smokey favor). 4.Once the chicken is fully cooked, add back your sun dried tomatoes and garlic. Add 1 cup of ricotta, 1/2 cup of mozzarella and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of half and half. Stir well. 5. Then add your pasta to the bowl and mix everything together (if its too thick, add 1/4 cup of pasta water) 6.Plate and garnish with a little fresh basil and salt if you would like. Enjoy!
