Rare Heisler Steam Train In West Virginia!! Coal Burning Steam Locomotive Train With Caboose!

Rare Steam Locomotive! Very unusual coal burning steam locomotive known as a Heisler. Steam train run bys and steam train ride. This is a Cass Scenic Railroad steam engine on the Durbin & Greenbrier Valley Railroad in Durbin, West Virginia. Trains with cabooses that run along the river on the old Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad mainline. The C&O abandoned this line in the 80s. While we were there they were restoring the track all the way from Durbin to Cass Wva. We rented one of the company houses in Cass for a couple of nights. I filmed a couple runbys of the train first and then we rode the next train. This is just a short teaser video for a longer video of this train ride.
