I made this video to help you understand how the oil circuit functions on your T140 and T120 Motorcycles. The emphasis is on the function of the parts within the circuit and how they operate. In particular how the Crankcase Oil Seal and the Oil Pressure Control Valve. Just putting bigger oil pumps on your bike will NOT improve the oil flow or pressure in your crankshaft if the oil seals and oil pressure control valves are not working correctly. The oil seal on the crankshaft is available in both standard and plus 0.020". The Plus 0.20" seal is used when the crank shaft has been recut or has worn. These seals are about $3 and new oil pump is over $300. Aftermarket oil control valves now tend to come with the incorrect control spring installed and will give oil pressure in excess of 90psi. An Oil pressure of that value will blow your oil seals and consequently reduce the actual pressure delivered to your crankshaft and NOT increase it. Hope this helps.
