The opening was a blast: The first 100 guests received free Wen Cheng hand-pulled noodles – something we definitely couldn't pass up. Even upon entering, you can tell that craftsmanship and quality are paramount here. In the open kitchen, the noodles are freshly pulled by hand – a truly unique experience that has to be seen to be believed. The hand-pulled noodles are served as hearty soup bowls with rich broths, aromatic toppings, and just the right texture. The concept combines traditional Chinese noodle artistry with a modern street food vibe and fits perfectly into Mannheim's city center. Its proximity to the main train station makes Wen Cheng an ideal spot for a quick yet high-quality meal.
