Geschmacksexplosion - Kartoffelstrudel

Potato strudel, or as we call it, "Grumpirnstrudel," is an old traditional dish from Austria—especially popular in the Pannonian region. Since it's becoming increasingly forgotten, I thought it would be a perfect fit for my channel—healthy, simple, and a real treat—so here's my recipe. Dough: 100g wheat flour 50g water 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp salt Filling: 600g floury potatoes 1 medium onion 1 egg 1 bunch parsley 50g Emmental cheese 1/2 tsp ground caraway seeds 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp paprika powder 2 tsp salt Chive sauce: 120g sour cream 1 bunch chives a pinch of salt
