✈️ Episode 1 – Exeter to Manchester | Emergency Go Around | Saw Another Sim Pilot Crash!

Okay guys, welcome to Episode 1! What a flight this turned out to be! We do most things really well... right up until the approach! 😂 Approaches definitely seem to be my biggest weakness at the moment. I forgot to enter the approach information into the MCDU, which meant the aircraft couldn't properly manage the descent or capture the approach automatically. Lesson learned! It wasn't just my flying that made things exciting either! Before we'd even left Exeter, we witnessed another Flight Simulator pilot crash, which definitely added a bit of drama to the start of the flight! Safe to say this episode had a little bit of everything. Apart from a small wheelie on departure from Exeter Airport, I'm actually really pleased with how the rest of the flight went. Every flight is teaching me something new, and I can already feel my confidence growing.
