Little Burton estate in the black country town of Tipton is exactly what you would expect when paying a visit there with it's mix of old style houses and flats to former buildings of importance it's still one of those places that will always give you that feeling of a community that would go that extra mile to help When you look back into Tipton's industry you will find there was plenty of it with foundarys bellowing out smoke to an extent that you really couldn't see your hand in front of your face to factory's that produced some of the best products in the world such as steel fire grates just to name a few the town was known to have more work places than houses at one point but what ever Tipton looked like in those days it really led the way in hard working folks here we take a look at some of those former places of hard grind and toil there was so many that can always say that Tipton played it's part in the industrial revolution
