Surprise Leak in my Sea Frogs A6XXX housing-Saved the A6400, but no photos on 2 dives!

Right after submerging at Molokini's reef's end my leak sensor started beeping at me and I saw a slow trickle of water flooding into the housing body. I quickly surfaced and got camera back on boat before water level touched the camera-luckily. After troubleshooting bu cleaning all o-rings and multiple vacuum pump checks-wouldn't hold a seal, I finally filled the sink and submerged camera. Found a tiny bubbling crack at the base next to the pistol grip plug. Not sure if housing got set down too hard in my backpack on transport, or if there was some expansion in the housing body due to some minor corrosion from the plug not being removed and lubed often enough.
