It might sound a little exaggerated, but I'll share my thoughts. Of course, you practice to improve, but I'll also share my thoughts on what comes after that. I hope it will be helpful in your thinking. ★I teach beginner pole dance classes at the Spiral Mode studio in Koenji, Tokyo. Classes are generally held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The 2nd and 4th Sunday classes are taught by Kurowataame.
