Paschimottanasana, or Seated Forward Bend, is a foundational yoga pose that stretches the entire back of the body, calms the mind, and promotes flexibility. Upavistha Konasana, or Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend, is a yoga posture that promotes flexibility in the hips, hamstrings, and groin while also calming the mind. Janu Sirsasana, or Head-to-Knee Pose, is a seated forward bend that combines a gentle twist and stretch, targeting the hamstrings, spine, and hips. It's both calming and revitalizing. Malasana, often referred to as the Garland Pose or a Yoga Squat, is a grounding yoga posture that opens the hips and strengthens the lower body. It’s an excellent pose for enhancing flexibility and stability while also calming the mind.
