Corgi released the Monte Carlo set in 1965. It included three cars, also sold separately. These included models such as: BMC Cooper S, Citroen DS 19 and Rover 2000. I have already presented the latter model in a separate video, so in this episode I will focus on the other two models. My Cooper was infected with the zinc plague, so the body of this model could not be saved. I used the second body, which I was lucky to buy at one of the flea markets. My Mini Cooper model also includes a trunk with spare wheels and front bumper covers. The Citroen was a model that was sold by Corgi as a civilian model because it did not include additional halogen lights on the front bumper and did not have an antenna on the roof. I made my own halogen version and equipped this model with an antenna. I also made a box typical of this set with a beautiful display inside, containing three models.
