2014 Chevy Impala Road Test & Sedan Car Video Review
Subscribe now: / @usedcarstv http://www.autobytel.com/chevrolet/im... The Chevrolet Impala dates back to the late 1950's. Back then the car was long, low and wide. Now the 10th generation Impala is here and is ready to make a big splash. There are 6 different trim level and 3 different engine choices with the very base model car costing $26,725 and the highest model 2LZ going for $35,770. The smallest engine is a 2.4 liter available with E-Assist, next up is a 2.5 liter, and the top dog is a 3.6 liter V-6 that puts out 305 horsepower and 264 lb-ft of torque. The best fuel economy comes by way of the smaller engine with ratings of 21 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway with the V-6 netting 18 MPG in the city and 28 MPG on the highway. The front wheel drive Impala is only available with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Inside the car there is a pair of LCD screens. One large navigation unit and one located in the driver's gauge cluster displaying all kinds of info. The smooth flowing lines are carried from the exterior throughout the cabin. Small touches like distinctive stitching and perforated leather upholstery give the 2014 Chevy Impala a very upscale feel. The Chevy MyLink system comes equipped with a whole host of apps. The Impala is a big American car with plenty of room for rear seat passengers. Finally the trunk is huge with tons of storage space. The 10th generation Impala represents a huge departure from the previous model in terms of styling. Minus the tailfins, the 2014 Impala's rear quarter panels harkens back to first few generations. Aerodynamics played a big part in the design proving that a low drag coefficient is attainable with the right body work. See More Car Videos http://www.autobytel.com/car-videos/?...
