Rice wine ABV / hydrometer and refractometer / alcohol content of cheongju

How can I calculate the alcohol content of my rice wine? Specifically, what is the ABV (alcohol by volume) percentage? There's a method described in https://homebrewsake.com/measuring-yo... which uses a hydrometer reading and a refractometer reading, both at the end of brewing.
