What Rural Women Cook in Iran Will Surprise You
Welcome to another authentic day of village and nomadic life in rural Iran. In today's video, I start my morning by collecting firewood before caring for my chickens and roosters. I clean the chicken coop, sweep the area, and sprinkle water around the yard to keep the environment cooler during the hot summer season. Proper coop cleaning helps protect the chickens from illness and keeps them healthy throughout the year. After finishing the morning chores, I prepare fresh dough for baking traditional homemade village bread. Then I begin making today's lunch, a traditional dish called Manti, but prepared in a unique and different way. Instead of wrapping the meat in dough, I make small meatballs using seasoned ground meat. To keep them from falling apart, I first place them in cold water, then coat them in flour. I repeat this process five times until a thin layer of flour completely covers each meatball before allowing them to rest. Later, I harvest fresh tomatoes and green onions from my village garden and prepare for baking bread. Once the bread is ready, I place a large pot of water on my handmade clay stove and bring it to a boil. The prepared manti meatballs are then cooked in boiling water until perfectly tender. After cooking, I serve them with creamy yogurt, homemade tomato sauce, and fresh parsley. Finally, I enjoy this delicious traditional meal with freshly baked village bread. This video showcases authentic village life, rural living, traditional cooking, homemade bread baking, clay stove cooking, homestead lifestyle, self-sufficient living, farm life, backyard chickens, sustainable living, countryside cooking, outdoor cooking, organic gardening, village food traditions, and peaceful rural culture in Iran. Thank you for watching and supporting my rural life journey. / @sevirrurallife village life in Iran rural life in Iran Iran village life nomadic life traditional cooking homestead life bread baking outdoor cooking farm life self sufficient living #VillageLife #RuralLife #TraditionalCooking #HomesteadLife #FarmLife
