He began his undergraduate studies in music at Fisk University in Nashville, studying organ with Dr. Anthony Willams. Other principal organ instructors include Steve Wiggins and Jeff Binford. As a church musician, he has served six denominations throughout the south and northeast. In 2014 Mr. Bryant became the youngest person appointed to serve as Minister of Music at the Historic First A.M.E. Zion Church of Brooklyn, New York. He has served as a music educator for the Atlanta Public Schools, the Henry County Schools and currently serves as the Vocal Music Teacher and Chamber Choir Director at NYC Department of Education's Medgar Evers Preparatory School. In addition to leading the Brooklyn Contemporary Chorus, Mr. Bryant serves as the Director of Music for the St Gabrielle Episcopal Church in Brooklyn, NY.
