I got adopted by a Mexican family 🇲🇽

Today was one of the most fun travel days of my life. I've always had a fascination with Mexico, as it was my next door neighbor growing up. Getting the chance to experience life in a small town today was extremely eye opening. I saw the power of kindness today. Humans looking after one another, and proving that a little bit of generosity goes a long way. I was taken in by a family in Tlachichuca who treated me like their own. To Bernardo, Yolanda, and your family, thank you. I was over 1,000 miles from home, but felt the warm, cozy feeling of family when I spent this evening with you. To my other friends Carlos and Aleli, thank you for also treating me so well every time I come around. Tlachichuca is one of those cities that I will forever feel welcomed to.
