In part one we leave home in pursuit to reach Potes. After spending 33 hours on #BrittanyFerries #CapFinistere from Portsmouth, the Spanish land had a few scenic surprises in store while cows left their mark to throw in a surprise of its own #crappycattlecarnage. If you're arriving into Bilbao then you will certainly be in for a treat. Truly superb roads all the way to Potes. We took the BI-2701, BI-630, CA-256, BU-570, CA-631, N-623, CA-271, CA-716 (for a bit of loose-gravel riding) then taking the A-67 around the CA-280, finally picking up the CA-282 to drop south into Potes on the N-621.
