"UTAGE" is a website operated by the brewery association J.S.P (Japan Sake Shochu Platform). Sake and authentic shochu, the national alcoholic beverages, are artistic beverages backed by a long tradition. Sake breweries across the country brew their products with great care, as they are responsible for both sake brewing culture and local culture. "UTAGE" was launched to share the hidden passions of these breweries with everyone. "UTAGE" is a live commerce site. Once a week, on Thursdays from 9 pm, special sake and limited edition goods are sold. A live broadcast is held simultaneously with the sale, and the brewers themselves will explain the spirit and characteristics of the sake, interspersed with tastings.
