‘All Rise – A Judicial Memoir’ - Justice Dikgang Moseneke
The Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the University of Pretoria (UP), Professor Tawana Kupe, and Dean of the Faculty of Law (UP Law) of the University of Pretoria, Professor Elsabe Schoeman, cordially invite all interested parties to a webinar with South African Constitutional Court Justice Dikgang Moseneke (2001 to 2016) on his newly released book, 'All Rise - A Judicial Memoir'. The purpose of this webinar is to stimulate a probing discussion on the multiple law and justice related themes penned down by Moseneke. To stimulate and expand discussions, registered webinar participants are kindly requested to supply us with their questions to Justice Moseneke upfront, and no later than 4 October 2020. Questions may be submitted via email to [email protected] under the heading: 'Questions posed to Justice Moseneke'. This newly released second book during August 2020 follows on Moseneke's bestselling memoir, 'My Own Liberator', published in 2016.
