1999 Honda Civic Floor and Interior Make Over! On a Budget!

This Civic's floor was rusty, dirty and carpetless! Now, with this simple and cheap way to freshen up the interior and give it a more Race Car look, we also fixed the Manual Swap gap on the shifter area by installing a manual Civic boot collar on this original automatic shifter gap. Installed a Radio and fixed the side skirts and front lip. Wow did lot in this video!
