Adelaide Belair Line

Enjoy one of the most special and unique suburban rail lines in Australia, as the single-track Adelaide Belair Line traverses the Adelaide hills to the quaint terminus at Belair. In this video we travel from Adelaide Station to Belair on a 3000-class train, up along the incline of the hills. But why is the line single-track even though there is a track right next to it? And why does the line no longer go any further? Find out with all the history and information cards included in the video! Make sure you check out some of ‪@ThebusofdoomFSX‬ 's Adelaide videos for trainspotting at stations along the line, these are linked as cards in the video, as well as here: Mile End:    • Trains at Mile End - Adelaide Metro   Goodwood:    • Trains & Trams at Goodwood - Adelaide Metro   Millswood:    • Trains at Millswood - Adelaide Metro   Eden Hills:    • Trains at Eden Hills - Adelaide Metro   Coromandel:    • Trains at Coromandel - Adelaide Metro   Blackwood:    • Trains and Buses at Blackwood - Adelaide M...   Glenalta:    • Trains at Glenalta - Adelaide Metro   Belair:    • Trains at Belair - Adelaide Metro   Adelaide Station Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adelaid...
