A Public Address by His Excellency Paul Kagame
His Excellency Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda, addressed the John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum on a range of domestic and foreign policy issues affecting his country and neighboring African nations, from gender equality to economic infrastructure. President Kagame's remarks emphasized the growth of development and democracy in Rwanda under his leadership as president over the past sixteen years, as well as the marked healing from past genocide and sectional tension. The Forum was moderated by Dean Archon Fung.
