Craigslist is proving to be a bit of a lucky dip, so far we've mainly had homeless people applying for the driver position, so far based on interviews undertaken their main qualification seems to be "I've lived in a Honda Accord for 6 months, so this will be an upgrade in square footage, where will I hang my rug?, and what's the wifi password?"
